The Shell

Framework & Base
The hot tubs boast a sturdy frame crafted from 30mm boxed high-grade aluminium, ensuring durability and reliability for years to come. This premium material not only provides exceptional strength but also offers resistance against corrosion and wear, even in harsh outdoor environments. The 30mm thickness ensures stability and structural integrity, making it capable of withstanding the rigors of regular use.
A robust base is essential for the longevity of any hot tub. All Crystec Spas’ tubs feature a custom-moulded base that is fully sealed, preventing moisture, foreign objects, or wildlife from damaging the interior workings of the product. The base is designed to work in conjunction with the acrylic shell of each individual model, resulting in a completely sealed unit.

Inbuilt Cleaning Systems

Firstly, the high-performance, energy-saving filtration system is powered by its own circulation pump that runs silently and provides maximum efficiency.
Secondly, the ozone system works hard to kill pathogenic bacteria, germs, and microorganisms, ensuring the safest and cleanest bathing water possible. It also reduces the amount of chemicals required for optimum sanitation, helping to lower your ongoing chemical spend.
Finally, the sweeper jet provides an extra level of sanitation by sitting discreetly at the bottom of the hot tub and releasing a steady jetstream of water across the basin. This innovative design forces loose particles back up into the bathing water and directly into the pull of the filtration system, targeting small or heavy micro particles that often escape the filtration and sink to the bottom of the basin.
